Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn boots back in their original shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or outer carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
